Experiential Therapy is an action-oriented model that goes beyond what many “talk” therapies access. Clients have the opportunity to express feelings and explore their own story. Women have the chance to practice new and effective ways to ask for what they need and talk about how they feel. When clients have the opportunity to try this in the safety of their group, they tend to have the courage and confidence to try this with their loved ones. Accountability to the other group members often serves as a motivator to take the necessary risks with people outside of group.

In person 2 hour group every other week on mondays for 8 weeks with Chelsie
Mondays 3:30-5:30 PM. This group will meet in person at the office.
This group is a great fit for those who:
· Identify as an adult child of an alcoholic or dysfunctional family (ACA)
· Want to learn more about family systems and how to create a functional family
· Want to improve communication skills in all relationships
· Need help maintaining sobriety/abstinence from addiction and codependency
· Have difficulty initiating or maintaining friendships, especially with other women
· Need support identifying their medicators such as substances, shopping/spending, avoidance, and
finding more loving ways to cope
Cost of the Group:
The fee is $90 per 2-hour group

Virtual 2 hr Group every other week on tuesdays with Sheila
Women’s Group Tuesdays, 6:15-8:15pm This group meets virtually.
Screening required prior to joining group. Once the Winter 2024 sessions begin, Fall 2024 will be the next opportunity to join the group. Please call for more information.
Cost of the Group:
If paying weekly, the fee is $110 per 2-hour group. When all 6 groups are paid in advance, the fee is $600, (10% savings). Payment in advance to be made on or before March 30th, 2024.

This group is a great fit for those who:

· Want to learn more about family systems and how to create a functional family
· Want to improve communication skills in all relationships
· Need help maintaining sobriety/abstinence from addiction and codependency
· Have difficulty initiating or maintaining friendships, especially with other women
· Need support identifying their medicators such as substances, shopping/spending, avoidance, and
finding more loving ways to cope
Cost of the Group:
If paying weekly, the fee is $80 per 2.5-hour group. When all 6 groups are paid in advance, the fee is $378, (10% savings). Payment in advance to be made by April 20th, 2022.
