Sheila provides continuing education by teaching group therapy. She assists clinicians who want options for treating trauma, co-dependency and addiction using experiential techniques. Solid rationale for how and why Experiential Therapy is effective and when it should be used is provided. Her classes for professionals are experiential in nature and demonstrate how to create safety and willingness with clients as well as demonstrate specific interventions and enactments. These classes are interactive and hands on. They do not utilize any power point presentations.
